Kai Wai HUI

Prof. Kai Wai HUI is an Accounting and Law Professor at the University of Hong Kong. He earned his BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and his PhD from the University of Oregon. He has published papers in top accounting and finance journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Review of Accounting Studies, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Financial Economics and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Washington) and also serves as the director of the MAcct Programme at Faculty of Business and Economics. Professor HUI worked at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology before joining the HKU.

Kuo ZHANG

Prof. Kuo ZHANG is an Assistant Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned his BBA from the University of International Business and Economics (2011) and his PhD from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2016). He has published papers in top journals including Review of Financial Studies and Journal of Financial Economics. Professor Zhang also worked at the Xiamen University before joining the SJTU.

Mei LUO

Prof. Mei LUO is an associate professor of accounting and director of Research Center for Digital Financial Assets of Tsinghua University. She received her B.S. in Economics and Accounting from Tsinghua University, and Ph.D. in Accounting from the Haas School of Business of University of California, Berkeley. Professor Mei Luo has published papers in top international accounting journals and domestic accounting and finance journals. She serves on the review committee of Natural Science Foundation of China. She also serves on the independent board of directors of several publicly traded companies in mainland China and Hong Kong. Her research and teaching interests primarily include financial accounting and equity valuation, and recently blockchain and cryptocurrency. She received several teaching award and top 5% teachers of Tsinghua University.

孔东民

孔东民，中南财经政法大学金融学院教授，博士生导师，中组部青年拔尖人才。研究方向：公司金融、行为金融、实证资产定价、中国资本市场。2016年度，获湖北省社会科学优秀成果二等奖（第十届，2016）：“政策冲击、市场环境与国企生产效率：现状、趋势与发展”。2015年度，《金融研究》第七届优秀论文奖。在《管理科学学报》 、《管理世界》 、《会计研究》 、《金融科学》 、《金融学季刊》 、《金融研究》、《经济学动态》 、《经济学季刊》 、《经济研究》 、《南开管理评论》 、《世界经济》 、《证券市场导报》 、《中国会计与财务研究》、《中山大学学报》、China Economic Review、China Finance Review International 、Contemporary Accounting Research 、European Accounting Review 、Finance Research Letters、International Review of Economics & Finance、International Review of Finance and Economics、Journal of Banking and Finance、Journal of Business Ethics 、Journal of Business Finance & Accounting 、Review of Finance等重要期刊发表论文40多篇，主持4项国家自然科学基金，出版专著3部。国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家；《证券市场导报》、《会计与经济研究》、《珞珈管理评论》、《金融科学》、《当代会计评论》、《江汉学术》编委; China Finance Review International, Associate Editor; 中国管理现代化研究会金融管理专业委员会委员;并担任Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, International Review of Economics and Finance, China Economic Review, 《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《管理科学学报》、《金融研究》、《经济学季刊》、《南开管理评论》等数十本国内外期刊的匿名审稿人。

Zhihong CHEN

Prof. Zhihong CHEN is an Associate Professor of Accounting at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He earned his BBA (1998) and M.Sc. (2000) from Tsinghua University (1998) and his PhD from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2005). He has published papers in top accounting and finance journals including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Review of Accounting Studies and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. His research interest covers corporate governance, disclosure, executive compensation and real effect of accounting. Professor CHEN also worked with The City University of Hong Kong.

Qiankun GU

Mr. Qiankun GU is a PhD Candidate from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.He earned his

BBA (2011) and Master degree (2014) from Finance Department of Xiamen University. He has a couple of working papers with Joseph P.H. Fan from CUHK. His research interest covers corporate governance, family firms, property rights. He is expected to join Accounting Department of Wuhan University in 2019.

廖冠民

廖冠民，中国人民大学商学院会计学教授，2007年获中国人民大学会计学博士学位，2007—2018年任职于中央财经大学会计学院，主要研究兴趣为会计信息与公司治理，学术成果发表于Journal of Finance、Journal of Accounting and Economics、Journal of Money, Credit and Banking、《会计研究》、《审计研究》等国内外学术期刊。

王雄元

王雄元，中南财经政法大学教授，会计学院副院长，博士生导师。中山大学管理学院博士，北京大学光华管理学院博士后，中国会计学会会计基础理论专业委员会委员。入选财政部全国会计领军人才计划、财政部全国会计领军人才工程特殊支持计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。享受湖北省政府专项津贴，主持湖北省精品课程《成本会计》。国家自然科学基金课题以及中国博士后基金课题通讯评委，《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《金融研究》、《会计研究》、《南开管理评论》等重要杂志审稿人，上市公司独立董事。

主讲成本会计、管理会计以及财务管理等课程。主要研究信息披露、风险、供应链、薪酬等问题。在《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《金融研究》、《会计研究》、《南开管理评论》、《中国工业经济》、《经济管理》、《审计研究》、《中国会计与财务研究》、《中国会计评论》、China Journal of Accounting Research、China Journal of Accounting studies、International Review of Economics and Finance、Finance Research Letters等重要期刊发表论文40多篇，主持3项国家自然科学基金，1项国家社会科学基金，以及1项中国博士后科学基金课题，教育部新世纪优秀人才计划课题以及财政部全国会计领军人才工程特殊支持计划课题各1项。主编《成本会计》、《管理会计》以及《战略成本管理》教材3部，出版专著2部。

刘启亮

刘启亮，华中科技大学管理学院会计系主任、教授，博士，博士生导师。加拿大Alberta大学博士后。主要研究领域为资本市场审计、会计信息质量与内部控制等。已在China Accounting and Finance Review, Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics、《管理世界》、《中国工业经济》、《会计研究》等权威期刊上发表论文20余篇，出版专著3部，主持国家自科基金和国家社科基金4项。学术论文曾获湖北省社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖、财政部会计学优秀论文一等奖、中国会计学会财务成本分会优秀论文特等奖；教学方面，曾被评为999策略白菜手机论坛2012-2013年度优秀研究生导师。

司毅

司毅，厦门大学管理学院/财务管理与会计研究院，会计学助理教授。他于2018年3月和7月分别获得西安交通大学管理学 (工商管理) 博士学位（校级优秀毕业生）与香港城市大学会计学哲学博士学位，于2012年获厦门大学管理学 (财务管理专业) 与经济学 (经济学专业) 双学士学位（校级优秀毕业生）。近年来，他已在《Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics》、《Nankai Business Review International》、《南开管理评论》、《管理科学》、《管理工程学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《经济管理》、《审计与经济研究》等公开发表论文16篇，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目共计6项。他的研究成果曾获2019年美国会计学会迈阿密年中会议最佳论文奖、陕西省高等学校科学技术进步奖一等奖、《管理科学》与《财务研究》杂志2016年度十佳论文奖、香港城市大学第十一届博士生研讨会最佳表现奖、西安交通大学管理学院“博士生学术活动月”优秀论文奖，李怀祖管理学博士生一等奖学金等荣誉。
